Who Are We?

The association Iberian Conclave: Friends of Vampire: The Eternal Struggle was legally established in 2023 with the aim of providing structured support for the organization of the princes of the Vampire: Elder Kindred Network who, for years, have informally managed organized play. This association aims to promote the strategic collectible card game Vampire: The Eternal Struggle and to support the organization of tournaments throughout Spain and Portugal.

An official and autonomous entity, capable of operating independently from the volunteers who have dedicated their personal resources to promoting V:TES.

The Iberian Conclave was born to meet the need for a formal organization that supports and enhances collective efforts, ensuring that the necessary materials and resources for promoting Vampire: The Eternal Struggle are available and managed more efficiently.

Since May 2024, we have opened registrations, inviting all players to join and be part of this initiative. We want every member to have a voice and a vote, thus contributing to the development and growth of the game in our territory. By joining us, you not only support organized play but also become an integral part of a passionate and committed community.

There are two registration options: Standard (€10) and Premium (€20). Both fees are donations that help sustain the association and achieve its goals. As a token of appreciation, members will receive a small welcome pack. Additionally, those who opt for the Premium fee will also receive one copy of each promotional card distributed at the tournaments sponsored by the Conclave during the current year, with the exception of the National and GP events.

Iberian Conclave

From the Iberian Conclave Association, we want to make it clear that we condemn all forms of violence in VTES tournaments.

Any type of violence—whether physical, verbal, psychological, disrespect, intimidation, harassment, threats, or abusive behavior—will result in immediate expulsion and proceedings before Vekn for a permanent ban from future events.

This is the Vekn Code of Ethics, which we fully endorse. (English version)
