Statement: 2026 Membership Renewal, Candidacies and General Assembly

Dear members,

We begin the year with several important dates and announcements for the Iberian Conclave Association, so we kindly ask you to pay close attention to the information detailed below.

2026 Membership Fee Renewal As of today, the renewal period for the 2026 membership fee is open. You can find all the information related to the 2026 Welcome Pack at the following link: https://vtes.es/es/content/5/promos-y-pack-de-bienvenida 

Additionally, the submission period for candidacies for the election of the Board of Directors has ended. We are pleased to announce that the following candidacies have been received:

  • President: José Vicente Coll (Sevi)
  • Treasurer: David Fraile
  • Secretary: Albert Hidalgo (Aku)

  • Vice President: Ismael Díaz Valverde
  • Treasurer: Roberto Guerrero
  • Secretary: José Mas (Pepe)

The current President (Arnau Díez) and Treasurer (Miquel Tortajada) have submitted their resignation from their positions for personal reasons.

From today onward, the candidacies will have a period of 10 days (until January 11) to submit any documentation they deem appropriate (presentation, program, etc.) to the association’s official email address.

This documentation will be sent to all members on Wednesday, January 14 and published in a new section of the official website: https://vtes.es

General Assembly Announcement
All members are hereby invited to the General Assembly, which will take place on February 1 at 5:00 PM, on the V:TES Spain Discord channel: https://discord.gg/HDysMVKc

Agenda

  1. Update on the number of members. Explanation of the 2026 Welcome Pack. Current status of the website and applications.
  2. Summary of the Board of Directors’ activity during 2025.
  3. Financial status. Breakdown of income and expenses for 2025.
  4. Proposal for the annual budget for 2026.
  5. Board of Directors elections. Candidacies may present their program and answer questions from attending members.
Attention
Only members who are up to date with their 2026 membership fee will be allowed to attend this meeting.

Once the assembly has concluded, the voting period will open. Members who are up to date with their 2026 fee will have 7 calendar days (until February 8 at 11:59 PM) to cast their vote for the candidacy of their choice.

Voting will take place through the Conclave website, and it is essential that the member’s email address is correctly registered in our database.
